A nonprofit needed to track employee hours and calculate payments — but their team isn't technical. We built the simplest possible interface: one large button that toggles between Clock In and Clock Out with a live counter. Employees see their unpaid hours, amount due, and recent logs at a glance. An airport car service ran entirely on phone calls — and lost every lead that came in while the owner was driving. An education community coordinates hundreds of mentors, students, and parents across several cities — and reshuffles its role structure every year. So we made the hierarchy data instead of code: roles, permissions, who covers whom, and even which interface a person lands in are records an admin edits from a tree view. Parents see only their own child; staff see exactly what their role covers.

We replaced all of it with one app: every payment generates its own dated occurrences, anything overdue nags by push each morning, and each item carries its own read and edit list — so a household can share the mortgage without sharing everything.

A house of hand-knotted heirloom rugs selling online, where the object is the entire pitch. The storefront is being built around that: a cinematic film for every rug, the craft and provenance behind it, and an augmented-reality preview so a buyer can stand a real rug on their real floor before spending four figures.

We're replacing that with a platform: every client signs in to their own dashboard — tonnage recycled, landfill diversion, savings over time, waste-to-energy — while staff file shipment records through a form built to be impossible to get wrong.
